The Crescent Valley placer gold deposits are located less than two miles from the town of Crescent Valley, Nevada, approximately 50 miles south-west of Elko in Lander County. The placers are situated in the Bullion Mining District of the Battle Mountain Trend.

The area is accessible by an all-weather asphalt road (Route 306) approximately 19 miles from Interstate 80. In addition, the town of Crescent Valley has a small airstrip. The property itself has excellent all-weather gravel roads.
